B) $5.95 Shipping charge - To everywhere in USA (except Hawaii and Alaska: $15.95) on the purchase of any Bratty Model Merchandise with your credit card account. We ship via USPS Priority Mail (United States Parcel Service).

EXCHANGE POLICY

It is okay to exchange Bratty Model T-Shirts with us but only if it is for the same item in a different size. Please specify the new size on the return form provided in your package – all exchanges are subject to stock availability. The merchandise must be received by Bratty Model in good condition (T- Shirt must not be worn, soiled or damaged in any way) and within 14 days of purchase. To exchange a T-Shirt, send it to “Returns: 210 Post Street # 1102 San Francisco, Ca. 94108” and we will ship you a new T-Shirt within 10 days from the receipt. No exchanges will be accepted for Bratty Model pay-per-view Videos, Bratty Model Accessories (Backpacks, Bags, Totes and other), Bratty Model Make-up and Skin Care Products.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted only for Bratty Model T-Shirts purchased with a credit card account. The merchandise must be received by Bratty Model in good condition (T- Shirt must not be worn, soiled or damaged in any way) within 14 days of purchase. Once the returned merchandise is accepted by Bratty Model, the cost of the T-shirt will be credited to your credit card within 14 days.
